Abstract
The present job summarizes the ideas of the authors related to the systematization of the experiences of the preprofessional practices developed during the 6th and 8th cycles, directed to the investigatión of the emotional intelligence education in the General Basic Education, in the educational units Javier Loyola and La Inmaculada. It takes into consideration the contributions of the Sciences of Education and its relation with the Neuroscience included in the development of the emotional competence of childhood for life. The postulates of the Goleman model are assumed when recognizing emotional intelligence as a skill in the formation of childhood (Goleman, 2010) and its transition towards a conception by competences given in the model of Bisquerra and Pérez (2007) which they define the process of emotional education. The paradigm of qualitative research is applied, specifically, the method of systematizing experiences of the practice of Jara (2018) which shows the reconstruction of the experiences lived in practice, the logical ordering and its critical interpretation to transform the educational reality. Also, the analysis of documents, participant observation, the group interview, the technique of composition. As a result of our research, a guide was created for the education of emotional intelligent in Basic General Education, aimed at teachers characterized by flexibility, creativity and contextualization.
