Abstract
The purpose of this degree work is to design a methodological guide to favor the development of the teaching process of natural sciences in the students of the fifth year of the Parallel EGB “A” of the Educational Unit “The Immaculate” of the city of Basin. The methodology used was based on the qualitative approach, surveys were applied to two teachers and the observation of the EA process of this subject in which the 38 students of the referred parallel participated. The results indicated that there are difficulties in the process of teaching natural science learning, in particular due to the unavailability of teaching resources, manuals, guides, and insufficient use of projects. In correspondence with these results, it is proposed to develop a methodological guide as innovative teaching support for teachers, structured on the basis of three proven feasible axes that are: knowledge development through specific teaching material and audiovisual material, knowledge development based on body movement; and knowledge development through a deductive process of scientific content. The methodological guide was applied in the context for which it was developed, obtaining favorable results in the contribution of the development of the Natural Sciences PEA.
