Abstract
The purpose of this innovation project is to strengthen the teaching-learning processes in the ambit of corporal expression and motricity in children from 3 to 4 years of age through the game-work methodology. Theoretically, this work is based on the current of the new school on game-work that suggests that the teaching methodology allows to reinforce learning in children, based on the idea that every game must have a specific objective. The general objective of the project is to implement a methodological work-play proposal in the ambit of corporal expression and motricity, with children from 3 to 4 years of the parallel ¨A¨ of the Center for Initial Education ¨Ciudad de Cuenca ". The present investigation has a qualitative approach and participatory action investigation is used as a research method. The techniques used to gather information are the observation participant, the interview with the teacher and the rubric of evaluation. So too, the instruments used for data collection are the field diaries, the interview guide and the observation list. To obtain the results of this innovation project It has been made a triangulation of the data obtained from the interview with the teacher, from the participant observation and from the observation list applied to evaluate the dexterities reached in the children. This experience was innovative mainly for children, for the teacher and even a strength for professional training because many times we have read in the initial education curriculum about the methodology of play - work, but rarely this educational practice has been seen in the institutions of the initial education level. Finally, it is concluded that the elaboration of the present project has generated a change in the children's learning, because their way of learning has been modified through the correct implementation of the work-play methodology, which contributes to the development of the dexterities that they are raised in the initial education curriculum.
