For the application of the study, a didactic unit has been designed that complies with the parameters established in the official curricula, for which the scientific content and the emotional sense have been merged to boost confidence in the students. Maintaining motivated and safe students improved the academic performance going from 71% of dissatisfaction at the beginning of the program to 10% with the end of it, showing a higher self-esteem. In conclusion students who maintain good self-esteem will have a good performance in their studies.
