Abstract
The following article aims to analyze the processes of college publishing as a mechanism for the exhibition and valorization of creation-research in the arts pedagogical field. It takes as a starting point the methodology of Preliminar: cuadernos de trabajo, a project from Instituto Latinoamericano de Investigación en Artes (Institute of Latin American Arts Research, ILIA for its Spanish acronym), which is inserted in cultural and artistic education field, where the academic production of students and teachers at Universidad de las Artes converge. It also seeks to reflect on how publishing weaves a symbiotic relationship with collective creation and how the editorialization of works in different formats become an example for pedagogical processes that are established in the classrooms. Thus, the expression of critical thinking is evidenced in the production of academic research, both in the creative processes, and in the encounters between the various artistic disciplines that students make possible through their work.
