Abstract
The Pacha project aims to involve students of Laboratorio en la Comunidad (Community Laboratory), a subject taught at Universidad de las Artes (Arts, University) in Ecuador, with a single objective: the formation of mobile libraries to work with territories of Guayaquil, to facilitate a cultural mediation processes and to strength autonomous creative processes for communities and organizations. Sectors and organizations have been chosen because they represent a population whose presence in the city has been made invisible, and who struggles for land, basic services and education. This project is conceive within a radical pedagogy that raises the reflection of social context, and searches and implement solutions that link to the epistemological and political field of action to guarantee the right to express and access culture and the city, to work with creativity for the integrality of populations, and to understand praxis as a principle of education.
