Abstract
The present Master's Thesis is about the importance of the parent in the education of their children. It is a fundamental part of the teaching - learning process. However, this role of parents and teachers is very seldom successful, everyone is immersed in their chores, but above all, none of them wants to get out of their role. The objective of this research, which happened to be implementation of the father in the classroom, determines the hard work of the teacher, the inclusion of conflicting families with which interpersonal relationships improved markedly. With the above, the research question is as follows: Will the "Masters for a day" improve teacher-student relationships, generating a collaborative environment in their daily learning? Faced with this context, the social reality is evident, participation is effective, children are motivated, the teacher is seen with different eyes, parents like to participate, believe that it is an innovative idea in the classroom. The desired work environment was achieved, in which facing the unknown links ties of responsibility between family and educational institution.
