Abstract
The Educational Consulting process plays a fundamental role in the educational context, due to the strategies and orientations directed in a timely manner to the institutional management and for being determined to achieve the Educational Quality Standards. In this context, the present investigation was developed in Unicente Educational Institutions of Circuit 11D01_C16_C17 with the objective of Designing an Advisory Plan for the Construction of the Institutional Educational Project for the 2022 - 2026 school period, as a product of the process of inquiry and documentary analysis and responding to the need to comply with the Educational Standard "D1.C1.GE2." The results reflect weaknesses and strengths of School Management when making this diagnosis, which was the basis for proposing a Plan, subject to expert judgment and validation. In this sense, the present project is developed framed in the functions of Educational Consulting, the fundamental axis of this postgraduate specialization and the Ministerial Guidelines that seek to strengthen institutional management. In this way, the research is part of a mixed approach of explanatory scope, based on Action Research, where Educational Leaders were the subject of study. Techniques and instruments for collecting information from official documents were applied through the needs matrix, document analysis sheet, focus group sheet based on the theoretical review, information that gave support to the research proposal and opened the way to the accompaniment process for the elaboration of the proposal, to guide and provide professional support in an effective, efficient and effective way to the Educational Leaders, with the purpose that this orientation is launched in the real context of the campus and in such a way to comply with the standards of educational quality. The results evidenced multiple needs in Educational Management, which constituted the basis for proposing a Counseling Plan subordinated to the validation criteria of experts. Finally, the need to establish counseling processes in fundamental aspects such as the methodological process for the construction of the Institutional Educational Project is concluded, since it promotes the execution of institutional management processes, aimed at guiding the educational task in order to achieve a quality. Designing an Advisory Plan for Educational Institutions with Teachers in the Construction of an Institutional Educational Project made it possible to indicate that the advisory stages and methodology guide institutional management in a strategic, truthful, pertinent and sufficient manner. Therefore, the advice of the institutional diagnosis allows the determination of the status of compliance with the Educational Standard "D1.C1.GE2." thus favoring the creation of knowledge through the Educational Consulting process.
