Abstract
The present tuition work presents the reasoning which justify understanding two aspects related to educative institution’s directions: Leadership’s characteristics and strategical management models, both as factors of efficiency on achieving educative innovations on the institutions, bringing as consequence, the social transformation of the educative community, through news ways of pedagogical innovation and organization that bring forth answers to expectations about quality managements around the educative ecosystem. Throughout bibliographic revision, the subjects of strategic management and leadership had been structured on large cores, defined as dimensions, highlighting or relating the different inputs from other authors with the results of the investigation, which lead to recognize the abilities and skills with which the directives begun a series of inquiries on their collaborations in order for these to lead their practices towards the needed transformations for these, to encourage motivation and academic advances on the different educative performers. On the other hand, this tuition work includes the revision of two case studies (Stake,1999; Yin 2009) of educational institutions that presented in any way the process of developing educational innovation. The study has enabled to comprehend the degree of influence of strategic management of directives and their impacts in the development of innovation process of the educative institutions.
