The objective of this Curricular Integration Work (ICT) is to offer a didactic strategy, based on the natural laboratory of the chakra, which contributes to the development of learning of unit #37 of the Kichwa national curriculum, with 6th grade EGB students, in the CECIB "Monseñor Leonidas Proaño II", considering the importance of building learning spaces that promote the care and preservation of the Pachamama, which carry knowledge and knowledge of the community. The research that was developed corresponds to the Participatory Action Research (IAP) since, during the field work, students and teachers were actively involved in the construction of the chakra, in the same way, the research has an ethnographic design, with a qualitative approach. , since the experiences and experiences of the students were described, as well as behaviors and identified behaviors were analyzed. As the main technique, participant observation and the interview were used, while the instrument used was the field diary, which allowed the collection and interpretation of the information developed in the pre-professional practices. After the application of the didactic strategy corresponding to the chakra, the significant contribution to the learning process was obtained as a result, since when working with the cycle of inquiry of the methodology of Teaching Ecology in the Schoolyard (EEPE) together with the MOSEIB, the students were able to observe, investigate, question and build their own learning based on previous and acquired knowledge. This leads to the conclusion that the planned, applied and evaluated didactic strategy allowed contributing to knowledge and transmission of knowledge, both by the teacher, as well as the students and actors involved.
