Abstract
This work has an objective that the students of second degree Baccalaureate of the Educational Unit Daule, through a series of pedagogical workshops produce argumentative essays in varied communicative situations, so that they build their knowledge in the elaboration of the written texts. Higher and higher is oriented as a didactic instrument that serves as support in the creation of argumentative texts, expectations and students were taken into account in front of the subject as a way to stimulate the front to the theory of argumentation. This didactic sequence allows the student to learn and write argumentative essays with the aim of applying everything learned in different communicative scenarios. You can also evaluate this process was positive or not. The topics chosen for the development of the essay were also taken from the context of the students, but with social interest that awakened the commitment to the development.
