Abstract
The development of nature, society and thought are fundamental factors for the growth of our society. The meaning of the importance of the social struggle over the years has allowed the human being to have the banner of hope in the real documents, written and typified in the highest international organization, the United Nations Organization, although It is true that from the slave system the rights of the people in the Cilantro de Ciro El Grande were treated, later it will be King Juan Sin Tierra in 1215 that proclaims the Magna Carta, which enumerates several rights, which later became like a right as human rights, then, the Petition of Rights of 1628, the United States Letter of Independence in 1776, and the Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen in 1789, Proclaiming the principles of freedom, equality and fraternity, serving as a good basis for the December 10, 1948, within the UN, to establish the thirty fundamental principles of human rights, studies and analysis of each of the Some in the world, our country without place is a carrier of that flag of peace and harmony inspiring fundamental principles, that our students must be the generation of positive change
