Abstract
This research project communicates about experiences from the institutional point of view and with a previous analysis of the approaches already in force in an Ecuadorian educational unit and with it, some reflections regarding the inclusive education of children between the ages of eight to ten years, precisely in seventh grade with Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The purpose of this research is to propose to the director of the institution that inclusive educational methodological strategies be implemented through its teachers in order to offer an equitable education to all children aimed at group and indiscriminate participation. The first action of this research project consists of observing and determining the knowledge of the directors and teachers on inclusion issues, then about TDHA, identifying the teaching-learning methodological strategies within the institution that do not generate exclusion and finally propose methodological strategies for continuous improvement on inclusion cases. This research project helps to have a broader vision of what is inclusive learning, seek methodological strategies that improve learning, how to improve training processes and how to plan content equally, thus giving an inclusion in education, considering this teachers as key actors for transformation in the educational process.
