Fortalecimiento de la calidad educativa de la Escuela Héctor Sempértegui mediante el diseño de un Plan de Mejora del Desempeño Docente

Abstract

This research is carried out with the aim of strengthening the educational quality of the Héctor Sempértegui García school, through a design of an improvement plan for teaching performance. At a global, regional and national level, we have mechanisms which are proposed for educational quality, so it is important to know the school reality with regard to the quality of education provided in this institution and, based on this, promote a commitment to work in equipment that allows maintaining or reaching an optimum achievement with the specific educational quality standards that have been established at the National level by the Central Level Authorities. At the end of the research, several aspects of the teaching work will be identified that have become weaknesses within their conversion and that influence the educational quality of the school. For this reason, it proposes an improvement plan with actions that overcome the difficulties encountered and maintain the detected strengths, being the manager in charge of executing it as the school's educational leader and directly responsible for the improvement of educational quality.
