Acompañamiento a la gestión directiva en el cumplimiento del estándar de desempeño directivo, en la UE Jaime Chávez Ramírez, 2019-2020

Abstract

The present project analyzes the accompaniment to the directive management in the fulfillment of the directive performance standard, in the Educational Unit Jaime Chávez Ramírez of the Parish San Antonio de Paguancay, of Canton and Cañar Province, from an advice to the directive management for improve compliance with the managerial performance standard in the Jaime Chávez Ramírez Educational Unit. To this end, a study is made of the theoretical foundations of managerial management in compliance with managerial performance standards, managerial management is diagnosed through a documentary review, an interview with managers and a survey of teachers. Suggestions are proposed to the advisory plan for its implementation in compliance with the directive performance standard and the educational directive management is evaluated in the directive performance standard in the Educational Unit, after the application of the advisory plan, which shows an advance in the managerial performance standard in the mentioned educational institution.
