Abstract
Ecuadorian Education must be of quality and affection as indicated in the Constitution according the article 27, from here promote the teaching-learning that achieves this objective. However, in the “Turi” High School there are barriers that limit the achievement of this scope, from difficulties observed in students related to the development of meaningful learning in the Chemistry subject, which could be determined as one of its causes, the teachers limitations in the use of learning environments that favor experimental work and that contribute from the establishment of positive emotional states, the development of learning and skills with performance criteria established in the current school curriculum. Therefore, the declared objective is to implement a teaching guide based on laboratory practices to achieve a significant learning of Chemistry in the Unit two "Solutions" in the second of High School Technical Industrial “Installations, equipment and electrical machines" of the “Turi” High School period 2019-2020. An investigation - action methodology was applied that, from the methods that characterize it, favored obtaining information for the development of this investigation. In conclusion, transformation and improvement of significant learning in students was achieved and provided a tool for teachers to renew their educational practices through experimentation.
