Abstract
This project, developed in the Educational Unit "Vicente Anda Aguirre" of the Déleg canton, Cañar province, is conceived from the perspective of advising the Directive Management to develop learning communities that allow an improvement of school coexistence, through analysis of the institutional reality and the proposal of the respective improvement plan. It proceeds from the vision of educational advice through the review of legal and curricular documents that determine it and through participatory action research with directors and teachers of the institution. Based on the results of the audit examination, an investigation is carried out that is supported by interviews with teachers and managers, as well as surveys and a review of institutional documents that allow to have a concrete idea of the reality of the study. From the audit carried out in April 2016, it is evident that there is insufficient development of social skills and a lack of advice on educational management for managers and teachers. For this reason it is necessary to reinforce the collaborative work between the members of the campus. This shortcoming would be preventing the achievement of institutional objectives and goals both in the actions of the management and in the academic-curricular area. Faced with this situation, a proposal is proposed to advise the manager in the development of a training plan for their teachers in aspects inherent to learning communities and school coexistence.
