Abstract
The purpose of this degree work is to present the problems identified in the Francisco Febres Cordero Educational Unit related to hearing impairment caring. The main objective of this study is the development of a methodological guide to inclusive strategies for the care of deaf students. To fulfill the objective, a qualitative research is carried out in order to identify the difficulties presented in the development of the pedagogical practice specifically in the implementation of inclusive strategies carried out by teachers in view of the particular needs of deaf students This work is based on the qualitative research, this is found on the analysis of information from various bibliographic sources such as documentary review, observation and interview. Based on the information collected the categories of analysis were raised: evaluation, inclusive methodology, interpreter teacher´s role, fulfillment of the curriculum, interdisciplinary work among others. With the results obtained, a methodological guide is proposed that collects several specific inclusive strategies to the care of children with hearing disability, the same one that promotes the active learning through activities that allow the access to the information and communication, abets the students´ participation and interaction in the cooperative learning process. For the validation of this document, the process was carried out in which a specific group of expert teachers reviewed and certified three fundamental characteristics relevance, applicability and inclusive approach.
