Abstract
Information and Communication Technologies, also known as ICTs, are currently used as fundamental tools in any field, be it educational, professional or social. That is why, this research project establishes as its objective, to propose activities within the AcademiCloud platform to contribute to learning in the area of Mathematics at the level of Higher Basic Education of the particular educational unit "San Luis Beltrán". For the development of this research, a research methodology with a qualitative approach was used that consists of a socio-critical model and the action research method by means of instruments such as: survey, semi-structured interview to the teacher and the analysis of the field diaries to know what the practices of the use of the internet are and to know what their perspective is about digital platforms in the area of Mathematics. When verifying the fruitful findings of the use of the platform to learn Mathematics, it was determined that it guarantees the safe and critical use of Information and Communication Technologies by students, therefore, we propose activities in block 5 of geometry and measurement Through the flipped classroom methodology, where self-knowledge is motivated and encouraged as well as generating interest in learning. These activities conclude with tests of knowledge of what they have learned, in addition, they become familiar with future exams such as the university entrance test, finally
