Abstract
The objective of this degree work is to implement GeoGebra software as a didactic resource to strengthen the teaching-learning process of multiplication in students in the sixth year of General Basic Education, considering the great importance that currently has the implementation of TIC in the classroom; therefore, it will be of great interest for teachers to have information to design innovative strategies. The research work is based on the Research-Action methodology, with a socio-critical paradigm and mixed approach, carried out with a sample of 40 students and the teacher of the mentioned grade. The main techniques used were the survey, performance tests and task analysis, which were used before and after the application of the proposal. To determine if there is a significant difference between the results obtained from the diagnostic test and the final test, the Student's t-test for related samples was used, since they are variables of a given group. The Student's t-test value obtained was 2.3776E-9 and a significance level of 0.05, which leads to the conclusion that the implementation of GeoGebra software as a didactic resource strengthens the teaching-learning process of multiplication in a significant and non-random way.
