Abstract
In this work of Educational Guidance, we will find relevant topics of the emotional development of the students of the Gregorio Valencia School, innovative processes that will provide the means of addressing the solution of classroom confounding problems and the emotional disciplines being of greater or lesser complexity in the teacher professional order. This pedagogical proposal focuses on promoting measures of emotional strengthening through organizational paradigms that support good behavior by acquiring an assertive communication focused on quality education and warmth. It has the implementation of a didactic unit, divided into 14 sub-themes with durability of 60 minutes taught in 4 weeks, focused on achieving the objectives set. Evidently the results and conclusions are reflected in the results obtained with the application of the didactic unit in the improvement and perfection of the students focused on the correction of their school and social performance, becoming a very welcoming experience.
