Abstract
This article contains the theoretical-conceptual advances on video training in the field of Initial Education (EI), derived from a research experience in Intercultural Bilingual Education (EIB), for the improvement of teaching practice in the Education center Initial (CEI) “Antonio Borrero”, city of Cuenca, province of Azuay-Ecuador on the basis of the platform Neopass@ction, its contributions, principles and phases for its development: collection and analysis of video recordings of the classes of participating teachers; monitoring-evaluation of the video-training that will make it possible to verify with the teachers themselves and the experts in teacher training, the transformation of teaching practices; and finally, the selection, editing and systematization by categories of all the videos produced, based on the critical and typical times defined by the participating teachers and by the expert evaluators. The aim is to improve the practice of the teachers of the aforementioned educational center object of intervention, after the implementation of the design, in addition to a free access digital platform, which acts as a living showcase open to the public, through which the transformations of the teaching practice of this educational level are shown.
