Abstract
This research was carried out in the fifth year of Basic General Education of the “Ignacio Escandón” Educational Unit, which is located in the city of Cuenca. During the development of the pre-professional practices developed in the 2021-2022 school period, it was observed that the microcurricular plans in the subject of Language and Literature in the subject of reading comprehension could be improved. Hence the purpose of contributing with a solution to the problem evidenced through a blog of teaching resources that has access available to teachers who need to work on reading comprehension, thus allowing students to achieve academic objectives and, thus, advance in their formation activities. In addition, workshops are presented to improve the teaching-learning methods of reading comprehension considering the three moments of the class. This research assumes an interpretive paradigm and the method that was used is Participatory Action Research with a qualitative approach. Information was collected through instruments and techniques such as: field diaries, observation guide, interview and a focus group, the same ones that were applied to the professional tutor and the students. After analyzing respectively, the data obtained show that interactive activities such as workshops have a positive influence on the teaching-learning processes of reading comprehension, since we show greater stimulation, attention and participation by students in the different class moments.
