Abstract
This investigation was carried out in the seventh year of Basic General Education of the Ignacio Escandón School, which is located in Cuenca city. During the pre-professional practices developed in the 2021-2022 school year, it was observed that learning of multiplication and division could be improved through online games. With the purpose of contributing to the solution of the problem, an educational blog "Let's Learn Math" was designed with the application of the phases of the ADDIE model, the same one that through various web pages of online games contributed to the process of teaching-learning these operations.
The investigation assumed a socio-critical paradigm; the method used was Action-Research, with a qualitative approach. Therefore, the data obtained are from surveys, pre and post tests, participant observation and an interview; instruments that were applied to the students and the professional tutor. After data analysis and triangulation, the results obtained revealed that the application of online games positively influenced the teaching-learning process of both the students and the teacher, because it motivates participation and interaction between classmates, and for the teacher represented an interesting didactic strategy that appropriately integrates technology in the teaching-learning process.
