Abstract
The research project will address important and interesting topics such as speech therapy support strategies to improve language development at a pragmatic level in children with ASD in 2nd grade of the "Agustín Cueva Tamariz" Educational Unit, to improve language development. from the stimulation of the four components such as the level, phonetic-phonological, lexical-semantic, morphosyntactic and pragmatic since the development of language is a basic need of the human being to communicate and express their emotions, thoughts, feelings, etc. Within the methodological process of the research, the interpretive hermeneutic paradigm was assumed with a qualitative approach based on the case study, which consists of understanding the phenomenon from reality. Techniques such as participant observation, document analysis, interview were used, and as research instruments, field diaries, information analysis guide, teacher interview guide, interview with the mother of the family and interview with the speech therapist to execute data triangulation, information analysis and identify the respective barriers that the student faces. The intervention proposal consists of developing speech therapy support strategies to improve language development based on the correct acquisition of skills, with their evaluations as material to contribute to the language development of children with ASD or may also be suitable for other subjects. that can present similar problems.
