Abstract
The current degree work is carried out from the perspective of Educational Consulting, developed in a context of a pandemic caused by Covid-19 that affected the normality of educational processes worldwide and nationally. The lack of connectivity, deepening of poverty, loss of employment, which directly affects the emotional component of the student population. UNICEF, UNESCO and MINEDUC develop educational plans that guarantee the constitutional rights of continuity, free, universal quality education and warmth. In accordance with the recommendations issued by these organizations concerned with the well-being of children and adolescents, there is a need to advise the director of the UEM Manuel J. Calle in the construction of an Emotional Containment Protocol for the 2021-2022 school period based on to the current regulations issued by the Ministry of Education and to a situational diagnosis on Emotional Containment applied to a statistical sample of the educational community. This investigative process is carried out through the qualitative methodological approach, with a Research-Action design, the application of techniques such as interviews, surveys, documentary review and expert validation, as a result of the analysis of the results, the relevance of preparing the proposal is seen. which is consistent with the functions of the Educational Advisor established in the MNASGE -450 and the regulations developed during the pandemic. Finally, this research shows that the role of the educational advisor is fundamental in accompanying these processes that improve the educational quality of the establishment, which are corroborated in the results of the diagnosis, which support the design of the advisory plan, and which is validated by experts who show the importance of developing the proposal of this research. Evidencing the importance that the UEM Manuel J. Calle has a document such as the Emotional Containment Protocol contextualized to the needs and procedures that can be carried out within this great Institution.
