Desempeño profesional del Asesor Educativo, desde el análisis del subproceso de Evaluación de la Gestión de Asesoría Educativa, en la Zona 6 de Educación, durante el período 2019-2021.

Abstract

The Educational Advisor guides managers in the management of schools and fulfills various functions that show the extensive work of the Educational Advisory. With the previous review of authors such as Vallejo-Villacís, important advisory tension points for the investigative work were detected. In response to some of these points, the research had as its purpose: to analyze the professional performance of the Educational Advisor within the framework of the third thread, evaluation of the advisory management, in Zone 6 of Education, during the period 2019-2021, to the recognition and improvement of the role played by the advisory team. For which the qualitative, descriptive and interpretive method was applied, with the comparison of qualitative and prescriptive data, collected through the research instruments: content analysis guide, interview guide. The main conclusion is that educational advisors develop various essential skills for the execution of their functions and professional performance, but not everything stipulated in the official documents is carried out and there is no proper dissemination of successful advisory projects. In accordance, an advisory plan is proposed on the systematization of experiences, validated by three experts, with recommendations from a representative of this tool, to contribute to the strengthening of the professional performance of the educational advisory team of zone 6.
