Abstract
Currently, educational policies aim to guarantee an education of quality and warmth, so it is essential to comply with the Educational Quality Standards established by the Ministry of Education; in this framework, the research focuses on advising the manager on compliance with the D2 Executive Professional Performance standard. C1. DI14. The purpose is to guide the design of a rubric to evaluate the pedagogical practice contextualized in the Professional Computer Figure of the Educative Unit “Daniel Hermida”. The research was oriented in a qualitative approach, applying the case study method. The techniques for the diagnosis were the interview with the director and the teachers of the Computer Science area and the documentary review of the class observation rubric. The results of the information analysis show that the current rubric to evaluate pedagogical practice is not under the dynamics of the Technical Baccalaureate. Based on the findings, a Methodological Guide is proposed to guide the manager in designing a rubric to evaluate the contextualized pedagogical practice that allows dynamizing the Advisory Plan. In conclusion, the proposed methodological guide contributes to the director's orientation for designing an aulic observation rubric to evaluate the pedagogical practice contextualized to the FIP area of Informatics teachers in the Educative Unit "Daniel Hermida"
