Abstract
The present investigation, about the education project for young people and adults (EPJA) of upper elementary and intensive high school, took as the axis of analysis Todos ABC monseñor Leónidas Proaño program, developed in the cantons of Suscal and Cañar (Ecuador). The methodology used was experience systematization, which carried out a detailed analysis of each program phase, as well as its participants development, in order to have a better understanding of the contributions made by their students. Among the most significant results obtained by the students are: the formation of a support network for the care of their children, better job options, increased economic income, development of enterprises, better forms of relationships, access to university.
