Abstract
In this research, creativity has a fundamental role to promote creative writing from the construction of dialogical relationships with the cultural contexts of Tarqui in Azuay-Ecuador. For this reason, a didactic guide was developed to promote creative writing in the middle basic sublevel of EGB in the subject of Language and Literature, in the High School "Fausto Molina". The creation of the didactic guide entitled "From Creativity to Letters" was based on previously applied activities to confirm if its design responds to the investigated context. Which aims to enrich the written language in sixth-year students. Therefore, the research is supported from a qualitative approach with a socio-critical paradigm enriched by field diaries, interviews and the validation of three professionals through participant observation. From this to be able to analyze the results obtained. The same ones that made it possible to observe and demonstrate that the students feel motivated and interested in the activities that have been proposed in the didactic guide.
