Abstract
The topic of inclusive culture represents a current challenge in educational institutions due to the risk factors that exist for children and young people in the personal, social and cultural context related to injustice, inequity, migration, displacement and little practice of values such as respect, tolerance and solidarity (Arnaiz, 2013). The general objective was: to design a methodological guide for the approach of inclusive culture values based on an anthology of texts, in 8th, 9th and 10th grade students of the Isaac Chico School of Basic Education, Cuenca-Ecuador. The approach was qualitative and the method was case study. An individual open interview technique was used with 3 teachers and a collective open interview with 81 students, with the support of two question guidEes. The analysis was guided by the techniques of categorization and triangulation, and two integral matrices that led to the interpretative findings, resulting in 6 macrocategories of analysis that reveal the ideas, opinions, practices, attitudes and feelings of teachers and students about the values of the inclusive culture in the educational institution, being 2, 3, 4 and 5, those that yielded greater understanding of the study phenomenon. It was concluded that it was very relevant and important to design a methodological guide aimed at students, which is expected to contribute to the involvement of all school actors in the approach to inclusive culture and co-educational practice.
