Abstract
The present work focuses on a social problem that arises within the fiscal schools of our country, such as the lack of human, family, ethical, socio-cultural values, etc.
It is disturbing the overpopulation of students that is inside the classrooms and the impact that people assume when they do not practice good rules of coexistence, the factors that have contributed for these conditions to arise are the economic crisis that is currently being experienced and the new ones adjustments that have been generated within the Ecuadorian educational system.
These components were my motivation center to investigate why our children and their families are victims of criminal acts. As a teacher I am a source of motivation in my students, I believe that they are the people in charge of transforming our nation, being promoters of new changes through the practice of values with all the members that make up our educational institution.
