Abstract
The objective of the development of the didactic unit planned and executed with third year students of basic education, focused on knowing different group work strategies that teachers must put into practice to achieve the integration of children improving the teaching - learning process. When observing the different difficulties that the students presented to work in a group, several activities were developed during the development of the didactic unit taking into account their interest, individual needs presented by the students. Therefore, integration dynamics, dynamics of group formation, songs, games, which helped to relate and socialize in a timely manner among all with the teacher's guidance, by implementing different pedagogical and didactic strategies with an integrated group of 32 boys and girls made the respective evaluation through observation cards and a survey in which the students responded positively. The most significant of the work done is that one as a teacher can change the attitude of our students through motivation, providing a climate of confidence, encouraging a positive mind that everything is possible, always respecting each other in our ideas, thoughts, diversity, the use of different strategies that we use as teachers in the classroom helps the integration of children by putting shared values into practice.
