Abstract
In this TFM we will discuss how the concept of motivation in education affects the learning process of students and how to improve it. The lack of motivation in education can undermine the process of its structural learning that can be improved from an early age. Are students motivated to accumulate knowledge, without internal (psychological, emotional) or external (social education) incentives? How to build a combination of internal factors and external motivations between the teacher and the student for the learning function in the academic environment? This is taken into account from the promotion of student motivation through workshops to have a point of view from some of the perspectives and cognitive educational skills that perform the motivation of students in the academic environment in order to deconstruct the different types of motivation present in students and promote safety which will benefit their studies.
