Abstract
The present work refers to the use of different contexts in the teaching of analytical geometry to the second year students of high school, these contexts have been taken from the environment where young people live and it is applied specifically to certain programmatic contents of several chapters of the analytical geometry that is taught in the baccalaureate. Each of the 8 sessions carried out highlights different ways of programming a class inside and outside the classroom. During the implementation we got results as: To create an environment of motivation for each session, greater interaction between students and the teacher, a better understanding of the applications of geometry, we can conclude that through this proposal we came to give a better meaning to knowledge taught and achieve the objectives proposed for the unit.
