Abstract
The evaluation proposed by Stufflebeam and Shinkifield’s model which is called C.I.P.P (context, entry, process and product), promotes a comprehensive evaluation, allowing principals / rectors to make more accurate decisions in the different activities they perform in educational institutions, that will guarantee educational quality in different school contexts. The objective of this study is to evaluate the school’s managements activities, and its influence on the Educational Quality of the Institutions through the application of interviews to the Educational Auditor, as well as through surveys for principal /rectors to suggest the adaptation of the C.I.P.P. evaluation model as a quality standard for Educational Audits.
The research was based on quantitative methodology, for the collection of the information, techniques of document analysis, interview for the Educational Auditor and survey for principals / rectors were used. The instrument was a documentary record, interview guide, questionnaire of 20 items for the principals / rectors of different urban educational institutions of the Educational District 09D04 "Febres Cordero" of zone 8 of the city of Guayaquil. The results obtained from the activities of the principals /rectors in school management for aspects such as: Administrative, pedagogical and coexistence and school risk reaches 80.25%. Consequently, the school management activities of the different educational institutions carried out by principals / rectors as well as the educational community are contributing to educational quality in the different school contexts.
