Abstract
In the process of academic training, literacy is essential to improve language skills, mainly in the first years of educational training, therefore, it is necessary to implement strategies that contribute to the development of literacy in Spanish in educational training, to improve and create significant learning in students. Thus, this research project arises during the pre-professional practices that were developed in the 2nd year of General Basic Education, in which it was evidenced that students present problems for the development of the process of reading and writing in Spanish. Therefore, in this work we propose as a general objective "To design strategies for the development of literacy in the 2nd year of Intercultural Bilingual Basic General Education of the UECIBGL "Mushuk Ayllu" and also to search for appropriate digital tools to develop this process, since the pedagogical tools allow to dynamize and innovate the teaching-learning process allowing students to feel motivated and confident in the development of educational processes. For the development of this project, a qualitative research is carried out, mainly based on interviews to the actors involved in the educational process, these will allow us to identify what are the learning needs, also diagnostic tests will be applied to measure the level of knowledge and also the needs and others.
