Abstract
This degree project belongs to the Education-Culture-Society-Science and Technology research line, it was developed based on a mixed approach that uses qualitative and quantitative techniques and instruments. The project is based on the design of an educational proposal that aims to stimulate scientific thinking, experimentation strategies, is aimed at children and at sublevel 2 of Initial Education. The study starts from a diagnosis made to teachers of the level, where little or no knowledge and application of science and / or experimentation with their groups of students is evidenced, for the elaboration of the proposal an extensive bibliographic review is carried out and it is based theoretically the use of experimentation in infants; Later an educational proposal is designed, it is given feedback by teachers of the level and finally it is delivered to the institution for its future application. This proposal constitutes a valuable report to teachers, who are the direct beneficiaries, however, it is they who are in direct contact with children, who can stimulate their development and critical, creative and scientific thinking through these experimentation strategies.
