Abstract
The present work of curricular integration arose from the pre-professional practices carried out at the “Carlos Zambrano Orejuela” Early Education Center in Azuay-Cuenca-Ecuador with the children of the initial I group from 3 to 4 years old. In this context, it was observed how problematic the lack of intervention and implementation of strategies, to the behaviors of these educational actors, so the overall objective was to propose a booklet of teaching strategies to manage behavior in the context mentioned. The authors that provided theoretical foundations were Muñoz et al. (2023), Nelsen (2007), among others, who contributed significantly to the work. The research was based on a socio-critical, qualitative paradigm, and techniques such as semi-structured interviews and participant observation were used, and an interview guide and an observation guide were used as instruments. With the results obtained, the indicators of the matrix of categories for the proposal were analyzed then, the didactic strategies booklet was designed based on positive discipline and Maria Montessori's principles for behavior management. In conclusion, this proposal is feasible for the teacher, since it provides support and sustainability with the strategies proposed.
