Abstract
The present research was based on the problem identified in the pre-professional practices during the period IS-2023 on the limited use of artistic languages, with the students of 7th grade of General Basic Education (EGB) of the Educational Unit "Javier Loyola". The objective was to strengthen artistic creation for an active interdisciplinary learning with the children of the 7th grade of General Basic Education of the "Javier Loyola" Educational Unit, through a virtual gallery, during the 2023-2024 school year. The methodology applied was action research, which responds to a qualitative approach, based on subjectivity in the interpretation of results and the analysis required by each of the situations. Techniques such as participatory observation, survey and interview were used; part of the instruments: the field diary, questionnaire and interview guide, in order to collect information reliably throughout the research process. The subjects who were part of the study were nineteen students, eleven females and eight males between the ages of ten and twelve years old. Among the favorable results of the research, it became evident that the use of interdisciplinarity has been one of the indispensable axes to keep the students in the enthusiastic thread of the project. Art managed to be the engine that led to constructive learning, where it was possible to meet the needs of students in relation to the strengthening of artistic skills through the virtual gallery. Through research, it has been demonstrated that the pedagogical tool effectively strengthens artistic creation as an integral part of the teaching and learning process, promoting active interdisciplinary and meaningful learning.
