Abstract
This paper details the first two years of working of the UNAE Innovation Initial Education Center, visualizing the teaching staff as researchers, who analyze their own practice and co-construct meanings of reality. The analysis approach is qualitative, based on the review of the pedagogical documentation, photographic records and the audiovisual material generated in the learning environments. Throughout the school year six integrating projects are carried out, considering the reality and interests of infants. In addition, it allows teachers to analyze and discuss their actions and proposals, while the pedagogical pairs favor complementarity in micro-curricular planning and the implementation in the classroom, as well as a bipartisan vision. Finally, this work presents the projections of the school and the conclusions of the work. It is considered that educational innovation happens after a process of self-analysis and reflection, when the members of the educational community are participants in the modification of structures and propose new activities and ideas, this project is characterized by considering infants as protagonists of the process educational and respect their manifestations.
