Abstract
The present Tutorial Action Plan constitutes the planning and execution of a set of activities focused on the improvement of the behavior of the Sixth Year of Basic Education students of the Manuelita Saenz school. The approach of the Tutorial Action has allowed structuring the plan taking into consideration different areas such as: the prevention of violence, the development of social skills, the control of emotions, cooperative work and the practice of values; which, added to the application of the principles of positive discipline, will allow the student to develop pro-social behavior. The implementation of this Plan is based on a proposed change to traditional education since the application of innovative strategies allow a positive classroom management, where the prevention of disruptive behaviors and the integral development of the student are promoted whenever the Tutorial Action be incorporated to the curriculum and that there be the necessary commitment on the part of the teacher.
