Abstract
This research was carried out in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, where the educational system had to migrate from the analog world to the virtual world; for this, education was supported by various digital platforms such as zoom. For this reason, the present work aims to analyze how the zoom tool was used within the teaching-learning process in the education of Youth and Adults at the Camilo Gallegos Toledo school in the Gualaquiza town, during the 2020-2021 school year. Regarding the methodology, it has worked with a mixed approach descriptive exploratory scope, using data collection techniques such as survey and interview; the first to know the point of view and way of using zoom by teachers and the second to glimpse the perception and influence of this tool on students during their learning. In the same way, for the validation of the proposal, the focus group is used with the presence of experts. On the other hand, based on the results obtained with these instruments, a proposal was developed where a guide with strategies that can be used in zoom in the teaching task was drawn up. As a result, the experts validated the instrument, since it contributes to classroom planning according to the interests and needs of the students. Finally, it is concluded that the analysis of the principles that govern the zoom platform within the EPJA, contributes to generating a motivating virtual meeting, considering pedagogical, technological and didactic aspects in its implementation.
