Abstract
In this Curriculum Integration Work, the discourses of gender equality and equity in Bilingual Intercultural Education are analyzed, taking into consideration the governing documents such as the MOSEIB, the LOEI and the Kichwa curriculum of Ecuador. For this, an investigation is made into the history, facts and purposes of the feminist movement, this being the global and national socio-political phenomenon of the struggle to fulfill women's rights and eradicate or reduce violence with gender stereotypes. To carry out all this analysis, an immersion was made in the MOSEIB and its most outstanding components in relation to gender and its discourses, as well as with the LOEI; A search was made for concepts and discourses of gender equality and equity in the Kichwa curriculum, to establish its relevance in the discourse of the official curriculum. Theoretical research was also used based on various authors who would explain their perception regarding the concepts of gender equality and equity discourse, which are usually interpreted in a single way or confused as synonymous words. Finally, an analysis of the governing documents is made in relation to the application of the hidden and null curriculum with respect to everything investigated, a slight criticism of the Ecuadorian educational system and how it is structured.
