Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic affected the entire world’s population, from one moment to the next the entire educational, social and economic environment completely changed, this research aims to analyze the current situation of teachers from the factors linked to pandemic, Burnout, anxiety and depression, is based on a quantitative methodology, the data were collected by instrument with questions of sociodemographic characterization, occupational and habits of life, questionnaire of Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and the self-mentudition scales of depression and anxiety of W. Zung and Zung, determined that 62.12% of teachers consider the economic and employment situation to be worse than before, 47.73% have emotional exhaustion, 50.76% emotional disorder and 30.30% marked anxiety, concluding that this group of the population has Burnout factors and is at the limit of anxiety and depression factors that affect work and family performance manifesting itself with emotional changes.
