Abstract
The present major work seeks to generate a training proposal over the inclusive learning environments to respond on the incorporation of users of the Reference and Reception Center to people with disabilities “Saint Damian Home”. The problem arises because generally people with multiple disabilities are excluded from the regular educational environment; due they are often considered to be destined for rehabilitation or medical treatments. This problem underlies at the training of the personnel who work with them to achieve these goals. In this manner, the aim is to determine the barriers that these people face and from which model of attention to disability are the socio-educational services provided. For which, a training plan is proposed for the technical staff, care assistants and service personnel in general. So that through this training plan, a proposal for inclusive learning environments for people with multiple disabilities can be built.
