Abstract
The generate processes with the use of GeoGebra software for resolution, understanding and handling exercises of linear and quadratic functions in the process of teaching - learning for students is the objective which aims to this work. A better understanding could point out to solve an exercise of functions, where the student used mathematical software, and to build the figures he was associating geometric knowledge and acquiring skills that before didn't make much sense since the graphics helped to have a better view of the problem, using the tools that allowed the programme and could be associated with environmental problems. The use of alternatives to masterclasses and meaningless that compared students perceive n to mathematics and that look fun and different placed them in another context of knowledge and in another context to understand and solve problems.
