Abstract
The purpose of this research is to use the interlearning guide to articulate the Kichwa curriculum with the Spanish textbook in the area of Language and Literature: a controlled experience applied to 8th-grade students. The curricular integration project was carried out in the "El Tambo" canton located in the Cañar province, at the Community Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit "Mushuk Kawsay." The general objective is to establish how to use the official language and literature text applied in intercultural schools to facilitate students' knowledge and skills described in the Kichwa Nationality Curriculum. To achieve this, specific objectives were fulfilled, outlining the steps followed for this ICT. This research has a descriptive-analytical scope, a qualitative research approach, and a non-experimental, applied field design. The study population consists of the 8th-grade teacher and students. In conclusion, we managed to establish a strategy that allowed us to use the language and literature textbook in an EIB environment without creating conflicts with the knowledge and domains present in the Kichwa nationality curriculum, as well as with educational assessments.
