Abstract
The objective of this research was to systematically describe the experience of applying activities based on experiential learning and cooperative techniques. This problem arose in the morning High School B level of the "Santa Rosa" Educational Unit in the city of Ambato, Tungurahua province. For this purpose, some theoretical references were presented to support the research topic. For this purpose, some theoretical references were presented to support the research topic. The paradigm used was the socio-critical one, since a constructivist social criticism was carried out, seeking to transform reality and improve the teaching-learning process. Likewise, the methodology used was qualitative with a descriptive level and field research design. The method applied was Action Research (AR). At the same time, the techniques and instruments used for data collection on the problems studied were detailed. The diagnosis revealed the need to implement experiential and cooperative activities with a didactic sequence. In addition, the most relevant narrative on the experiences and lessons learned in the same context was presented. Afterwards, the educational intervention proposal "La minga del aprendizaje" was designed, applied and evaluated according to Barraza's postulates. From this, the analysis processing with the first and second level coding, then the data was triangulated, and an analysis and interpretation of the results was made, among them the cooperative techniques emerged as a didactic strategy for the construction of learning. Finally, according to the diagnosis and the proposal made, conclusions were developed.
