Abstract
The objective of this work is to design, implement, evaluate and redesign activities for the teaching of trigonometric ratios as part of the official curriculum in the tenth year of EGB of the Ascázubi Educational Unit. It was carried out through class planning, taking into account the objectives, skills, content, criteria and evaluation indicators proposed in the national curriculum and in the institutional PCI, several individual and collaborative activities were designed with different intentions and degrees of complexity for the purpose to improve student learning, then the teaching activities were implemented in fourteen class periods, mentioning in each stage the strategies applied and the results obtained. Finally, the assessment was made considering the ontosemiotic approach of cognition and mathematical instruction, which allowed to observe opportunities for improvement in teaching activities, which were the basis for the redesign approach.
